  • Orders and Delivery

No PO Boxes will be accepted or delivered to, please make sure someone is present with ID in order to receive the goods at the address given for delivery. Custome duties: You may also be liable for any customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason, whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged and your order is cancelled, you will receive a refund. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled unless the shipment is unavoidably delayed. In this case, we will do our best to cancel the order if requested.
  • Payment
    Payment options: Bikaner Lifestyle accepts payment with PayPal and Strike. Note that you are not obliged to have a Paypal account to pay by credit card. Please visit their website for information on PayPal payments. (Please note that PAYPAL adds an additional service fee of up to 5%.) Upon receiving your Order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not authorize payment for any reason, then you will be notified of this immediately prior to completing your purchase using the Site at the check-out stage. Your card will be debited once the Order has been accepted. Changes in products and pricing: We are constantly updating and revising our offerings of products, and we may discontinue products at any time without notice. All pricing for our products is subject to change. For all of our prices and products, we reserve the right to adjust due to changing market conditions, currency fluctuations, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements, and other extenuating circumstances. If anything is out of stock or any of the above, takes place you will be notified by Email if this affects you in any way.
  • Advertising disclaimer and trademarks
    Descriptions and prices: We attempt to be as accurate as possible with Product descriptions and prices. However, we do not warrant that Product descriptions are accurate. In the event that a Product is listed with incorrect information due to typographical error, we shall inform you via email and you have the right to cancel the order at the given time if that suits you best. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.   • Returns
    Changed your mind? No problem, you can return your items up to 7 days after you receive them for an exchange or store credit, we do not offer refunds. Returned goods must be unworn, in perfect condition and accompanied by the original packaging with all security tags in place. Exchanges are subject to availability. If an item is not in stock, store credit will automatically be issued. Proof of delivery receipt must be kept in order to ensure proof of dates. Courier fees are not refundable, and any courier costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. Custom orders, rings that have been sized, jewellery pieces that have been altered, pieces with initial engravings or orders with customizations cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Please ensure you are happy with all details of your order prior to be it being manufactured.

    Every Bikaner lifestyle piece will remain a classic and provide joy for many years but would need some TLC from you. Here are a few pointers to keep your purchase looking brand-new. • Avoid contact with perfume. Wipe with a soft cloth to clean. • Store carefully when not wearing. • Avoid getting wet. Use a damp cloth as needed. • Remove before exercise. • Remove when sleeping • Take to a jeweller once a year for a thorough cleaning
